Are there any extras?
For flights, hotel accommodation and personal
assistance on your trip extra charges will be added.
How do I book a date for the operation?
Because the cosmetic surgeons only have a limited amount of hospital theatre operating time available each week and as such
it is advisable to book your surgery date well in advance to ensure you get the dates you want.
Is the initial consultation with the surgeon or with an advisor?
All consultations are with a surgeon only. The advisors are only there to find the best surgeon for you
and offer advice to make sure you make an informed decision regarding surgery.
How experienced are your surgeons?
The surgeon will have performed many previous procedures and he will be well experienced in his field for each treatment.
You are welcome to ask the surgeon who you consult with, how many of a certain operation he has performed.
It is my first time abroad; will I be met at the Airport?
Yes, a member of our staff will meet you at the airport and you will be taken straight to the hospital or clinic.
For those days when you stay in Poland we will be in touch to check everything is running smoothly.
Will I have a private room or be nursed on an open ward?
At the clinic you can stay in single room or double room to share with another person.
At the hotel your room will be single. In all type of accommodation you will have your own bathroom, TV and phone.
Does the staff speak English? Will the nurses understand if I ask for pain relief?
Yes, all staff in the clinic, hotel and at the airport can speak English.
Are you insured?
The clinic staff and medical personnel are insured.
How the procedure is carried out and what are the risks involved?
At the clinic you will get all written information considering cosmetic or plastic surgery.
That will point out the negatives as well as the positives sides of the operation.
All general consultation you will have only with plastic surgeon. Any other advice, be it written or verbal,
is for information purposes only.
How can I pay the agency?
You can pay by pay pal, cash or cheque.
If the surgeon is based abroad, how can I have a pre-consultation?
The surgeon uses the questionnaire and photographs sent by you for his pre-consultation.
With this we can work out the cost of surgery and the length of stay required.
